SOOO Close!!!

It's amazing, but we are just hours away from closing on our new home! Between the last post and tonight, there has been a flurry of activity. The contractors had painting to fix, drywall to patch, and trim work to complete. They installed the kitchen island (I can't wait to actually use it), put the finishing touches on the outside of the house, and we got our landscaping!!
I'm sure we'll update more when the papers are signed and we're officially homeowners (well...for the second time).

A view from the street of the finished front. The construction manager set up the sprinklers on Friday and as far as we know, they're still going!! Soaking the sod:)We had a limestone address block installed...I think it's a nice touch, don't you?!

We even have our mailbox!!
